On the palate there is a nice complexity with notes of lime, pineapple and mango with a good balance between acidity and fleshiness. This is an elegant and well integrated wine. The finish is expressive and lingering with pronounced mineral notes. Pairs well with fish in a buttery sauce, seafood, and white meats especially veal. Blend: 40% Grenache
