Unlike bourbon, which has to use new charred white oak barrels, Michter's American whiskey is aged in barrels that have been soaked in whiskey. On the nose, there is a pronounced sweetness of candid fruits. charred barrels and stone fruits, peaches mainly. The flavour fruity and gentle sweetness, with
