Completed Phase II and III clinical trials have indicated that the agent has a nonoverlapping toxicity profile and synergistic effects with carboplatin, paclitaxel, and anthracycline, has no cross-drug resistance and is well tolerated, with patients mostly reporting fatigue and nausea
