The figures were left behind when the dormitory's residents evacuated after the July 2007 fire. Built in 1927 to house Taiwanese students studying in Tokyo, Seika Dormitory stood sealed in Bunkyo ku for another six years before demolition in 2013. Part of the Seika Dormitory series.
