The fragments have been hand carved, gilded, naturally distressed with age, and adorned with organically formed baroque pearls. The ornate patterns and angelic depictions on the scarf coordinate with 18th century Italian artifacts with baroque natural forming pearls. The mixed mediums of silk, giltwood fragments, and pearls
