It is made of a crisp cotton and a basic black so it can be worn endlessly. The waist cinches in and below that the skirt has a fabulous fullness to it. It is flat pleated all the way around in big 4 1 2" pleats. The fabric choice also helps it to retain the shape. The black makes it very versatile and you will be able to dress it up or wear it casually.
