Case Report A 35-year-old male patient with no known comorbidities other than migraine, and no history of cigarette smoking, illicit drug use, or exposure to pneumotoxic substances, presented to the emergency department with complaints of coughing up, by his own statement, approximately 1000 cc of bright red blood following a 56 hour car journey during which he reported intensive ECs use (Figure 1)
