The 40 year old vines give the wine great concentration. Winemaker notes Very delicate, with lovely notes of black cherry and blackberry. The palate is very delicate from the outset and lingers for a very long time. We love its sapid, full flavoured character. Pair with red pepper caviar, or tajine of veal shank, olive and preserved lemon.
