ニューヨークで見つけた1940 年代のアメリカ海軍用の帽子、通称'Naval Hat'。

京都の友禅染めの技法を使用した大胆な総柄プリントを活かすために、切替のないイタリアンカラー、最小限のディティールである片玉縁ポケットを採用。素材感に合わせ、通常採用している２本針巻環縫い仕立ではなく、高級シャツに使われる袋縫い仕様で仕立てた。
