Instead the fruit has been ripened to perfection, expressing lots of flavor and wonderful texture. Both of which are enhanced by aging 12 months on the lees for an extra creamy feel. Aromas and flavors of lemon, pear, peach, tangerine and toasted hazelnut shine brightly and lead into a finish that is rich, toasty and long.
